This article, about training sessions within the school system conducted with a psychosociological approach, points out two specific aspects in which politics are at stake. One is the question of authority, which refers to the education and socialisation roles of school, and questions its values and its conception of citizenship. The other aspect concerns the aims, (for example, to encourage co-operation between the actors of the establishment) or the modes of action – active methods, thinking together, taking into account the complexity of situations. These go against individualism, and the vertical, hierarchical pattern of relationships which prevail in the school culture. |
