The fifth RIPCO research day, focused on "well-being/malaise at work," brought together 93 participants and featured 35 presentations from 63 international contributors at the ICN campus in Paris-La Défense on June 6, 2024, and the editorial committee is considering transforming this annual event into a two-day academic congress. Conditions of eligibility
 

RIPCO encourages researchers in management sciences, or in a related discipline, to propose special issues.

The guest editor of the special issue must be an expert in the research discipline covered by the Special issue. Preferably, at least one of the guest editors has experience in managing scholar journals or special issues and is habilitaded to supervise research (HDR)  or university professor (or the equivalent full professor for foreign countries) in management sciences, or in a related discipline.
