Building on the success of its annual research days since 2019, RIPCO is organizing a new event on May 27, 2025, at ICN, Paris La Défense. Researchers are invited to submit extended abstracts of their academic work. Submissions on all topics related to organizational behavior are welcome, focusing on individual and collective attitudes and behaviors in organizational contexts. The event will particularly highlight psychological processes that contribute to the life and performance of teams and organizations.

Submissions may include narrative, systematic, meta-analytic, or bibliometric literature reviews, conceptual analyses proposing new theoretical frameworks, or empirical studies based on experiments, surveys, or qualitative case studies. Social phenomena may be examined independently or in relation to their antecedents or consequences, using approaches from management sciences, organizational behavior, or related disciplines such as psychology, sociology, anthropology, or philosophy.

Focus 2025
This year's focus is on leadership—its antecedents and effects on individuals, groups, and organizations. Leadership is frequently presented as the solution to workplace challenges, and its importance has grown since the 1990s, particularly with the adoption of Anglo-Saxon management techniques. Leadership remains critical in today's contexts, especially during crises like COVID-19, where resilience is vital. Technological changes and new ways of working also require managers to adapt their leadership styles.

Selected contributions may be considered for inclusion in a special issue of RIPCO, following a double-blind review process. Other relevant submissions may be considered for regular issues.

Submission Details
Extended abstracts must be submitted via email to soumission_jr2025@ripco-online.com by March 17, 2025. Feedback from the scientific committee will be provided by April 27, 2025.

Participation in the event is free, subject to prior registration, to encourage broad participation from both academics and professionals.
