Recent years have witnessed a considerable resurgence of interest in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Organizational Behavior (OB) in management literature. Most of the studies remain, however, quite silent about the CSR-OB relationships. Our paper tackles these issues by testing the soundness of the theorical constructs underlying our two variables. Data from 20 interviews shed light on the impact of CSR on employees? behavior in daily work. We draw a series of lessons beneficial both to management theory and practice. |
