Résumé : |
The neo-liberal choices to reduce public deficits, accompanied by an increased commercialisation of health care, and the model of the hospital-firm are expressed everywhere in the destruction of public health care facilities and an alteration of the quality of care. These choices can only mobilise health care professionals, users and elected representatives in a resistance and defence of local health care that the sector policy has made possible in many places. But policy is also being tested by psychiatry in these practices that have been developed among the population, which are references to what could be a policy of transition aiming to go beyond a system where everything is all hospital and medical towards a clinic based on situations of psychiatric suffering and the reconstruction of the social link with the political and social actors, inaugurating a democratic, citizen psychiatry. |
