Due to important cultural and organisational changes and new working representations, the needs for coaching are nowadays increasing. Then, Industries feel more and more responsible for the development of coaching policies. They define organisations, ethic, and agrement processes for acceptance of external or internal coachs. These policies lead to an optimum and specific development of coaching, relationship and confidence being essential for its implementation in a business context. |
