Faced with the present organization of work, is the only attitude one of attentive listening to subjectivities, which is indispensable in any case? The author thinks we can do much more. Here the organization of work is defined in its foundation, the divisions of work : social and cultural, hierarchical, technical. The addition of institutional division of work is proposed: each activity, each profession in an establishment only contributes partially to the global act. To counter the negative psychological effects of these divisions of work, sociopsychoanalysis has built an institutional device (homogeneous professional groups, indirect communication) which is integrated long term into the existing organization of work. In the course of interventions since 1971, it has developed a particular social psychology (act-power, movement and act appropriation, psychosociality, ... ). Within the dynamics of the sociopsychological intervention there is opposition between psychosociality and what the author calls subconscious psychofamilialism. This means that the understanding of movements also necessitates a knowledge of psychoanalysis ; and for the latter, as much Winnicot's as Freud's. |
