Résumé : |
In many fields of social life, stotytelling became essential, in politics thanks to the so called «spin doctors» notably. Within management field, the marketing tells us that we moved from the brand image to the brand story. We explore storytelling in management and we pick out the griot’s talent. First, we present one of the challenges the hypermodern manager has to face, sensemaking; then we demonstrate how the griot’s talent, in other words storytelling, helps him to cope with this challenge. We finish with some recommendations to improve this talent when it is not innate. |
