Résumé : |
Structural evolutions within the French hospital public service impact strongly on professional activities and on social relationships since decade. To the everyday life of the work of the joint violence practice are applied between employer and agents. The latter are dependent on institutional and legal positions and on postures arisen from the contractual relation and from the link of legal subordination. From the theories of the commitment, the professional identity and the dependence our contribution on speculative aim suggests destroying the sacred aura of the working relationship and of the relation of authority from the point of view of the agents and from the point of view of the employer. The theories of the learning and in particular the posture socioconstructiviste are going to offer us the opportunity to rethink their relations: by learning together and by confronting their knowledge, experiences, constraints … the resolution of the conflicts sociocognitifs which make a commitment becomes a resource for the well-being of each. To reach there, the health and the safety in the work establish constitute at the same time the object and the purpose of their interactions. So, our contribution to speculative reach settles for ambition to open a new track of action between employer and agents to transform resistant and conflictions in dynamics shared by improvement of the conditions of work et at work of each. |
