Résumé : |
Although the participation of citizens in decisions that affect them is evoked in all the texts in France relating, in particular, to policies in towns, it often remains incantatory in speeches. Because of its history and its methodological approach, psychosociology is able to provide solutions for the government of territories. There are several reasons for this: nothing that affects a place, a district, a town, no phenomenon can be analysed in isolation and therefore requires a composite approach. Over a territory the stakes and powers are many and call for coherence in strategy. Lastly, it is necessary to differentiate the positions of the actors as agents of an institution, representatives of a group or subjects. For all these reasons, psychosociology, also because of its non-partisan commitment, is in a good position to intervene in territories. |
