In recent years a movement has emerged in favor of companies qualified as "liberated" (flattened structure, erasure of the marks of authority, empowerment of the teams of operators, reduction of the technostructure ...), whose principles have been identified and popularized in particular by the work of Getz and Carney (2012) following Peters (1992), and which is the subject of a growing mediatization (works proselytes, articles of press, conferences, television broadcasts, offer of advice). As the movement develops, the forms taken by the liberated companies diversify and more and more researchers are interested in it (Picard 2015, Jacquinot & Pellissier-Tanon, 2015). The organization of symposia testifies to this, as well as often critical forums and positions, such as that of sociologist E. Friedberg in Le Monde on October 27, 2015. |
