Storytelling is a technique more and more important in management technicals, it is often associated with marketing of a simple manipulation, however there are other visions: the man is ontologically a maker of history, it needs of neurologically credible story to give mean into his action. Management can become a storyteller to sublimate the action of each and give them motivation to a collective adventure. |
