Using a concrete illustration based on an experience of coaching practice, the narrative analyses how to become a good tutor of resilience with people without employment. To do this, the changes in the coaching process are observed through the activities taking place during this process. What is the nature of the transformations that emerge as a result of the coaching activities? The proposal is to differentiate the new experience from the repeated experience. The new experience requires distancing action while, in the repeated experience, the coachee fails to develop resilience factors and cannot transform reality. |
