In this article we look at the notions of transfer and counter-transfer and their elucidation in group work in the context of involvement and research groups. We propose the notions of boundaries and articulation to reflect on various aspects on which transfer is built: social psychological aspects, acquisition of knowledge and an interpretative
framework. We reflect on the taking into consideration of the transfer while group work is being done and on the analysis of the transfer and counter-transfer during the seminar and afterwards. We use tree examples experienced in various seminars, to analyse the different aspects of transfer and the way it has heen treated. We will analyse the construction of the life history as a process linked to the need for a feeling of identity and the subject's need to become aware of the identifications that act on his life. |
