The objective of this study is to explore the influence of gender and type of study (business versus engineering) on students’ expectations with respect to their future employer. We focused on students in the final year of their studies. Anonymous, confidential data was collected through an online survey targeting business and engineering students in France. Meaning will be brought to this study through analyzing the results and discussing what insights and implications have been discovered. |
