Résumé : |
This paper first shows extreme and exceptional situations of management ; it then aims at questioning philosophically about the human resources management essence. The author bases his reflection on Agamben’s thought in order to give sense to these observations. He suggests defining management as the permanent exception government and takes examples in the field of human resources management. |
