This exploratory research raises the problem of the contradiction between the desire of consumption and the need of banking debts. It explains the evolution of the practices experimented by the European retail banks to attract, develop loyalty and “re-enchant” their customers and their prospects. Il analyzes the new banking practices in the light of the philosophical concepts of “involved in debt man” and “wishing machine” proposed by Deleuze and Guattari. |
