Résumé : |
Coaching, as the practice of accompanying managers in order to maximize their performance, remains in the media spotlight. Beyond the humanistic virtues that coaching is often cloaked in, the discourse of prominent practitioners seeks to justify the morality of this fledgling profession. With this aim, coaching federations enforce codes of conduct, promote contractual relationships between the parties and invite coaches to be supervised in order to cope with the sensitive matter of coach-coached transfer. This movement constitutes a powerful means to proclaim legitimacy that does not, however, preclude the question of the personal ethics of the coach. |
