The occupational social work is tested severely in front of manager evolutions. Historic actor of the management of the staff in its social dimension, the social worker is in a dilemma on its place and its profession. The author, occupational social worker, looks through its experiment on the occasion of a break on its route, what takes place in this activity linked to the “care” taken in genre’s stakes. This glance will take into account the violence coming out of the practice of management but also the strategies of defence at first and emancipation secondly which the autor has organized |
