Summary in 100 words. The present file examines the psychosociological frictions likely to emerge between the French providential system which takes 50% of the GDP to redistribute 30% and consume 20%, and the private sector which works according to the spirit of enterprise and of which France needs to regain its competitiveness in the race caused by globalization. Currently, civil society is permeated by a providential mindset that is not conducive to entrepreneurship. Yet, the country has a support for the creation of companies in search of performance. However, for entrepreneurship to develop in France, the reverse would be the case: an entrepreneurial society and providential help ... |
