Résumé : |
The closeness between the world of finance and the world of the mafia, the development of corruption and embezzlement, are paradoxically accompanied by the emergence of ethical activity in financial matters. In this context, the strength and the limits of ethics in the area of money are examined. Moreover, the limits of this movement can be set thanks to sanction delivered by law. Examining the latest news about these sanctions, the author pleads for the courts to refer
to the notion of abuse of rights. |
