Résumé : |
If organization behavior is shaped by a set of rational tools and processes, it is yet grounded on a sensitive and affective web. Left bare of this web, organizations are pictured in-sensitive, an-aesthetized, dis-affected. However, including affects as objects of study bears the risk of distorting and thus lose what we wish to comprehend. We thus propose three research strategies that try to respect organizational dynamics imposed by affects, preserving affects’ intensities and dualities. We conclude by calling for organizational behavior researches open both to rationality and affects, intelligible and sensitive. |
