Résumé : |
This historical analysis of management as a combination of Roman law and medieval Christian thought allows one to put in perspective the spiritualist approaches of the Corporate Social Responsibility and to demonstrate its structural ambivalence. As a management tool, CSR intimately relates benevolence with surveillance. Finally, this research draws the attention to a potential failing of Corporate Social Responsibility. |
