Titre :  Toward a « constructivist » and « practice-oriented » organizational ethnography

Résumé :  The purpose of this contribution is to provide a theoretical status to an ethnographic organizational posture that we have developed for several years as part of the investigation of a project activity in extreme environments, such as polar expeditions. We call this posture as a « constructivist » and « practice-oriented » organizational ethnography. It is a new form of organizational ethnography: on one hand, the epistemological question of reflexivity is radically addressed; on the other hand, it distinguishes theoretically a practical logic to a discursive logic in order to take into account the specificity of practices.
