Résumé : |
Whatever their job or their position may be, all the persons having responsibilities on their shoulders have to face frequently strained relationships. Their emotional reactions and those of their interlocutors have a great importance in those difficulties. They can also bring large frustration, disallowing them to fully use their capacities.
The aim of this process is to help managers and professionals in understanding what they and others go through and therefore allow them to act differently. How? By associating three complementary methods : understanding reactions due to stress, developing self confidence and improving knowledge concerning emotional efficiency.
Participants realise with surprise and satisfaction they can achieve their goals far more easily, with less stress and an unsuspected gainful relationship. |
