Résumé : |
Management often presents itself as the end of beings. The emphasis on MPO strengthen this idea, which products a circularity and an inversion of goals and means. On that landscape, this paper aim is to show the pros and cons of two conception of finality. The first one, the instrumental finality schema, allows to think that the objective is the only goal to take in account in organizations. The other one, transcendantal finality schema, opens the possibility to think the coherence between individual goals and organizational ones. This second finality schema allows to create a basis to virtue based ethics, seen as a justifications of behaviours in the name of the manager’s finality, besides deontology which evacuates finality as a proper jusitification, and besides utilitarianism, which limitates itself to the action’s finality. |
