This article investigates the process of formalization for a practice of experience feedback in an organization through the analysis of sensemaking in various situations. It interested a scientific and managerial know-how for the description of modalities for implementation of experience feedback within a process allowing the organizational learning. The article values an essential role to the formalism for practices of experience feedback in the sensemaking. |
