This essay states that humanistic communication allows an efficient competency of the intergenerational transmission in the workplace and also that it contributes to the durable development of individual knowledge within the organization. It insists even more on the interaction of the exchange and underlines that the labler, like chaos, cannot be applied by simple standardization. The transmission of knowledge between generations cannot be realized on the technical aspect only. It has to be aware of the relationship and be perceived as an open system, therefore like a process or a non-linear relationship where individuals are influencing each other and where the results are not easily predictable, always different from one relationship to another. The transmission implies by necessity one part of humanism and this, by its openness and flexibility, can always be strategic and even efficient and durable. |
