The introduction of whistleblowing (alerte éthique in French) in the French business resulted from the promulgation on the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (2002). The whistleblowing is the exposure by the employees actions who did not complied with American specifications (financial or account with SOX Act, but it’s possible to widen at all outlawed actions in business). In France, the managers, the union activist, the politic men ... enquire about the practical application of whistleblowing. We make first a synthetic tableau of the whistleblowing in the world (without USA and France) and then, we study his application in United-States. In fine, the question is : can do it the whistleblowing’s model of USA in France ? Why? Because there are many cultural and legal problems of accommodation. |
