Résumé : |
The purpose of the present study was to measure perceptions of competence, autonomy, and relatedness for Y generation. Deci and Ryan (2000) postulate that the intrinsic motivated behaviour is associated with the satisfaction of the basic psychological needs for autonomy, competence, and relatedness. This exploratory research was to send an online questionnaire with A.N.D.R.H (on the website surveymonkey.com). The population consists of 10315 young people in universities, engineering schools, business schools, BTS, BEP, and CAP training. 2915 questionnaires have been exploited. Exploratory analyse (C.P.A analysis) was conducted with SPSS and 2915 questionnaires. These studies demonstrated an acceptable internal consistency and confirmed a two-factor structure witch revealed a relatedness and autonomy attitude. However, the perceived competence result in a rather negative assessment of them. |
