Various support measures to assist entrepreneurs in the management of their firm are now available. However, most of these measures are meant to provide quick solutions to technical problems rather than to develop the entrepreneur’s skills and abilities. Entrepreneurial coaching thus appears as a promising avenue to fill this void. The paper describes the specificities of entrepreneurial coaching and tries to uncover the factors that are likely to contribute to the success of such a relationship, through a case study analysis of 6 coaching relationships. |
