This article first justifies the authors' interest in this aspect of HRM, which is the inclusion of workers, as a possible orientation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the social economy. If this orientation corresponds to the ideal-type of the social economy, it often happens that HRM practices are considerably different. Examining innovative practices in the social economy reveals at least four principles of HRM favorable to the inclusion of workers: their presence in decision-making bodies, their mobilization around the social mission, the strengthening of the corporate culture and citizen participation in the organization of work. A brief discussion helps to understand that these innovations can be inspiring for capitalist enterprises, but that the peculiarity of their context requires substantial adaptations. |
