The purpose of this article is to understand the influence of the presence of a pet on the organizational commitment and the stress perceived by employees in their company. Mobilizing an expanded theoretical base integrating the contributions of Management Sciences and Psychology, this exploratory work emphasizes that pet animals can have an effect on the organizational commitment and stress of part of the staff, which also reveals a role of Facilitator in the company. |
