Résumé : |
The traditional management model is in crisis. It imposes on the actor’s conditions of existence particularly paradoxical. To emerge from them, these produce "riotous utopias" which have a function of challenging established models. It is in this register that the movement of liberated enterprises appears, whose enchanting discourse presents all the appearances of a mythology in the sense of Barthes. Like any fashion, it must be appreciated with respect and intelligence because it announces new forms of organization and management that are not yet stabilized. The sudden appearance of his appearance suggests that this is a mythology of "the state of explosion" (Durand, 2016). It testifies to the urgency to free the imagination in organizations dried up by managerial practices that have remained quanto-phrenic. To analyze this phenomenon which certainly announces more democratic models, the author relies on the contributions of anthropology and semiology. |
