The phenomenon known as “corporate liberation” may be yet another proof of the desire for the democratization of companies, which is established within two more extensive movements, the first one being of liberalization, and the other of the evolution of democracy towards more subtle forms of exercise of power, inducing a specific conception of autonomy and rights in many “liberated companies”. The new approaches of management, conducted by fine orientation of the free will of the employees, and of which these new types of companies may be the test field, would characterize an emerging form of democracy, called “post-democracy”, in which the individuals are as free of their actions as the extent of the limits set by their managers. |
