Our article is concerned with the question of the end of the subject in the organization by the double movement of deconstruction of the subject by the theory and the evolution of the management. The article focuses on the notion of subject with a crossing of two perspectives: the place of the subject in the theories of decision and the becoming of the subject subjected to contemporary techniques of management. First, we will see that the destruction of the concept of decision carries with it a necessary rediscussion of the status of the conscious and deliberative subject in the activity of the organizations to the point of questioning the figure of the decision-maker. Secondly, we will examine the processual ontology of the subject thrown into the organization to mourn the figure of the subject by proposing to understand it as an organizational-subject, that is to say, a non-reflexive modality of men and women conducting the course of organizational action long enough to be affected in the modality of their psychological and physical constitution. |
