Résumé : |
The aim of this contribution is to envisage the key principles of « brief systemic therapy » applied outside the strict « psychotherapeutic » framework; a therapy which then takes on an original name: « brief systemic intervention ». After specifying the contents of the essential notions used by this model of action on/in organisations (in the widest sense of the term) – and which, fundamentally, aims to solve the problems which, continuously, keep appearing -, our article considers two particular cases, in which the various concepts listed have been used for the very great benefit of the protagonists involved. |
