Résumé : |
Alceste is a statistical textual analysis software, extracting quantitative results from qualitative studies. It allows the extraction of fundamental, structuring data of a document (called corpus) in an objective way. The human resource management covers various expertise areas dealing with competencies, efficiency management or organisational commitment. Few authors have been mobilizing this tool to carry out their study. This article deals with the following research question : how this software contributes in human resource management focusing on the analysis of career management in the context of state-owned companies? Some researchers specialised in human resource management use Alceste software in order to analyse various kind of supports in different context. They often mix their results with other tools of analysis. In the context of career management in state-owned companies, Alceste shows the structuring elements in the respondent’s concerns regarding their career perception. It highlights a clash between the lower management population and the cadres at the SNCB. |
