Conceptual reflexions on the contributions made by coaching tend to situate it within an innovative approach to the practice of accompanying entrepreneurs. This process is seen, simplistically, as a pedagogical or educational tool, which is hence implicitly normative (tutoring, mentoring, incubating, nurturing ...). The coach who stimulates the growth of entrepreneurial potential in the interaction between entrepreneur, project and context, promotes the accompaniment process and moves it in the direction of creation. Hence the contribution made by coaching impacts more at the level of revealing potential for entrepreneurship than accompanying a supervised creator. |
