Can economic efficiency and humanistic values walk hand in hand with companies? In order to enlighten this issue we will try to answer the three following questions:
1/ Which managing tools and HRM policy should be set up in order to support humanistic values?
2/ What are the empirical evidences that such an HRM policy would lead to economic efficiency? More precisely what would be the consequences of such a policy on motivation and implication of employees?
3/ Which obstacles, difficulties and limits are encountered by a company that implements a humanistic management? |
