Résumé : |
The so-called liberated company promotes the ideal of democratic management but entails multiple forms of work organization. In this article, we propose to characterize the liberated company in light of the organizational design literature. After a review of scientific literature about the main organizational design models, and professional literature about corporate liberation, we propose a diagnostic interpretative framework. Afterwards we apply this framework to Pocheco, a liberated company, in order to characterize the liberated company organizational design. |
