Résumé : |
This paper is a reply to Christophe Dejours criticisms towards psychosociology which appeared in the previous issue of this journal. The author, whilst recalling all the importance given to the tasks by the consultants and researchers of the Tavistock Inslitute, show why French psychosociologists tackle work as an aspect of the organization. For them, it
is the organization which creates the deepest alienation nowadays, through the various attempts to capture the desire of its members. The authors also show that, contrary to Dejours'assertion, contlict has been at the core of psychosociology since Lewin and that French psychosociologisb try to articulate social and psychic determinisms in order to understand behaviour and favour a true democracy. For them, work psychodynamics can be considered as one of the branches of psychosociology. |
