Résumé : |
Two conceptions of crisis as threat or as opportunity stand out in the discussion on work crisis. Various paradigms of work found such positions and the necessary distinction between work and employment is underlined in order to identify work as an activity and a confrontation with the real. Modifications in work situations which accompany the employment crisis contribute to occultation of practices and to focusing on prescribed or dreamt of work. This problematic is illustrated by analysis of changes in hospital facilities and of intervention practices by clinicians consulted about "managing professional stress" of health workers. |
