This article sheds light on the implementation of a clinical intervention mechanism in the transformation of the mental structures of the organization’s functioning and management. It shows how the actor can enter into a work of reflexivity as soon as the device allows them to operate in contradictory intersubjectivity. The actor becomes subject of his space of efficiency, denominated space hodological. It sets in motion and undertakes a process of transformation of its mental. |
