The position of leader confronts the psychosociologist with the economic dimension in all its aspects: managing the order book, negotiating tariffs and payments, establishing working rules, having the role of employer. .. As consultant and leader, the psychosociologist approaches organisation as an analyst, but also as actor and subject; the interactions between these two approaches mark his professional identity. The relation to money is usually not expressed and yet it influences every practice just as much as the marks of a theoretical, methodological or ideological order which are easily made explicit. Taking this factor into account seems to be a stake for the psychosociologist whether in the area of his interventions or the area of management. |
