This article aims to show how the reflexivity approach is favored in an evolving organizational context, in a situation of cultural and religious diversity, in the event of merger or internationalization of activities. To this end, we propose a qualitative analysis of the interviews we have conducted with managers whose reflective practices come together, even though they come from three very different organizations. Some of the executives interviewed work in a consulting firm of seven hundred collaborators in nearly eighty countries of the world ; others are members of an automotive supplier group on four continents ; others are employees of an international group specialized in energy and transport infrastructure, which has more than 80,000 employees. |
