My organization treats me as if I were an object": better understanding the phenomenon of organizational dehumanization |
|
The conference will focus on the phenomenon of organizational dehumanization, which is described as the feeling of being treated by one's organization as an object, or a tool that can be used for organizational purposes. What are the consequences of organizational dehumanization for workers? How do these perceptions develop, and how can they be reduced? During this presentation, answers and a summary of the current state of scientific research on this topic will be provided. |
